Axelrod Labs Inc., 1111B S Governors Ave, Suite 91018, Dover, DE 19904, United States. These terms cover this website and the Axelrod application, including any account you connect to it.
If you are a paying customer, your written agreement with us governs the service you bought. Where these terms and that agreement disagree, the agreement wins.
Axelrod connects to systems a hotel already runs, such as a mailbox or a property management system. You connect an account by signing in to that provider and granting access. You may only connect accounts you are authorised to connect.
Access is granted through the provider and can be withdrawn there at any time, without asking us. Revoking it stops our access immediately.
When you connect a mailbox, we read the messages in it to recognise guest enquiries and prepare replies. Prepared replies are placed in that mailbox as drafts.
We do not send messages to guests on your behalf. A person on your team opens the draft, edits it if they want to, and sends it. Nothing reaches a guest without that step.
We do not write to your property management system. We read availability and rates and never change them.
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you send to guests, for the staff accounts you give access to, and for having the right to connect the systems you connect. Do not use Axelrod to send unlawful, misleading, or unsolicited messages.
Content from connected accounts belongs to you. We process it to run the service described above, as set out in our . We do not sell it, and we do not use one customer's data to serve another.
We work to keep the service running and secure, but we provide it as it is and cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error free operation. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Where a paid agreement is in place, the liability terms in that agreement apply.
You can disconnect an account or stop using Axelrod at any time. We may suspend access if it is being used in a way that breaks these terms or puts other customers at risk, and we will tell you why.
We may update these terms as the product changes, and the date above shows the last revision. Questions can be sent to adrian@axelrod.live.
